    (OAB/FGV2010.3) OBanco mega S.A. ajuizou ao de interdito proibitrio em face do Sindicato dosbancrios de determinado Municpio, nos termos do artigo 932 do CPC, postulandoa expedio de mandado proibitrio, para obrigar o ru a suspender ou a nomais praticar, durante a realizao de movimento paredista, atos destinados amolestar a posse mansa e pacfica do autor sobre os imveis de sua propriedade,com a retirada de pessoas, veculos, cavaletes, correntes, cadeados, faixas e objetos
