Justificativa

A evoluo do Estado moderno trouxe administraopblica novos modelos de gesto mais produtivos e a

valorizao da participao da sociedade na coisa pblica

tornando-a mais exigente e cobrando aes mais

transparentes dos governos. A gesto pblica est tendo

que adaptar-se a este novo modelo e as necessidades da

sociedade, para tanto, se faz necessrio capacitar oservidor para essa nova realidade.

Nesse sentido a difuso dos valores ticos e

compromissos sociais so fundamentais para a prtica

responsvel da administrao pblica. As organizaes

pblicas tm percebido a necessidade de cultivar a prticatica tanto nas relaes humanas como nas prticas

profissionais como forma de conquistar resultados efetivos

para a sociedade. Alm do ambiente interno, o externo

tambm tem despertado a reflexo sobre a postura do

Estado na relao com a sociedade e com o ambiente.
