AVALIAÇÃO DIAGNÓSTICA NA PRATICA PEDAGÓGICA Anailton de Souza GAMA 1 UEMS Sonner Arfux de FiGUEIRESO 2 UEMS RESUMO: “Avaliação” é um tema pertinente nas atuais discussões pedagógicas. A realidade dos tempos atuais nos mostra uma sociedade em constante mutação, diversificada e globalizada. Vivemos a era da informação e as pessoas acompanham ou sofrem as influências de tais movimentos. O presente artigo aborda a temática da avaliação sob o enforque da avaliação diagnóstica, com vistas à uma mudança significativa na prática educativa. A situação vivida hoje no sistema escolar em termos de avaliação é muito problemática e tem profundas raízes. Este não é um problema de apenas uma disciplina, curso, série ou escola, mas sim, é problema de todo o sistema educacional inserido em um sistema social que impõem certas práticas. A era em que vivemos exige uma ressignificação das práticas educativas, voltando-se à formação e educação de novos sujeitos. Quando falamos em novos sujeitos os queremos críticos, conscientes e autônomos, significando que, para isso, devemos realizar uma avaliação diagnóstica com a proposição de uma possível democratização do ensino, que está voltada para o futuro que pretende transformar, a partir da crítica, do autoconhecimento, da autonomia para tomar decisões conscientes, levando o educando a descrever sua própria caminhada e a criar suas próprias alternativas de ação.
