iris yellow spot virus (IYSV)
Família Bunyaviridae
gênero Tospovirus.
tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), tomato chlorotic spot
virus (TCSV), groundnut ringspot virus (GRSV), impatiens
necrotic spot virus (INSV), watermelon silver mottle virus
(WSMV), peanut bud necrosis virus (PBNV).

Objetivo
Aqui, descrevemos este novo tospovírus isolado do Íris hollandica cultivado na
Holanda, para o qual o nome da mancha amarela do Íris (IYSV), os dados
apresentados neste trabalho demonstram que este vírus é um tospovírus
distinto e novo, pertencente a nenhum dos sorogrupos descritos.

Materiais e Métodos IYSV isolado a partir de I. hollandica.
Inoculado em Nicotiana benthamiana .
Tospovírus isolados: TSWV BR-01, TCSV BR-03, GRSV SA-05, INSV NL-07, e WSMV
Tospo-a.
Tampão de sulfato de sódio 0,01 M, pH 7,0, contendo sulfito de sódio a 0,1%.
N. benthamiana, N. glutinosa, N. rustica, N. clevelandii, Gomphrena globosa,
Chenopodium quinoa, Chenopodium amaranticolor, Emilia sonchifolia, Cucurbita
sativus, Vigna unguiculata, Phaseolus vulgaris, Pisum sativum, Datura stramonium,
Lycopersicum esculentum, Petunia hybrida, e Impatiens spp.
Thrips tabaci.
Frankliniella occidentalis.
Coelhos foram utilizados para a produção de soro anti-soros para o IYSV.

Produção de proteína de N em E. coli foi induzida com isopropil-b- D-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) e o extrato de proteína total foi resolvido em um dodecil sulfato de sódio a 15% em gel de poliacrilamida antes de transferir para um polivinilideno- (PVDF) da membrana. O Western blot foi analisado com 1 ug de um soro policlonal anti-N IYSV por ml. Purificada nucleocapsid IYSV materiais e PET-transformado-11T BL-21 células foram incluídos como controles. Marcadores de tamanho baixo peso molecular (Amersham Pharmacia Biotech, Uppsala, Suécia) são indicados à esquerda.9

Conclusões
Neste artigo, apresentamos esses dados, bem como alguns
dados biológicos, de um novo tospovírus isolado a partir de
culturas de íris na Holanda. Dados sobre transmissão por
tripes, sorologia, gama de hospedeiros, e as sequências de
RNA S demonstram inequivocamente que representa um
novo tospovírus para que o nome vírus da mancha amarela do
íris (IYSV) é proposto. Isto traz o total de 11 distintas
espécies dentro do género Tospovírus.
