No âmbito da Bienal Ibérica, o re-conhecido flautista português Rão Kyao foi convidado a preparar um espetáculo muito especial que en-volvesse músicos portugueses, es-panhóis e marroquinos (Marrocos é o país convidado deste importante evento ibérico), no qual, através do som, se exprima e vivifique tudo aquilo que une estes três países e descarte o que os separa, numa triangulação feita de múltiplas pon-tes e influências civilizacionais.

As part of Iberian Biennale, the re-nowned Portuguese flute player Rão Kyao was asked to prepare a very special show meant to include Portuguese, Spanish and Moroccan musicians (Morocco is the guest country of this important event). All that unites these three countries would be expressed and experien-ced through sound, putting aside what separates them in a triangula-tion made of multiple bridges and cultural influences.

Hélio Ramos nasceu a 24 de dezem-bro de 1954, em Olhão. Dedica-se à fotografia desde 1973, tendo ini-ciado a sua carreira profissional em 1981. O seu trabalho desenvolve--se, sobretudo em três áreas distin-tas: turismo, património e recolha de imagens do Algarve. "Outro Algarve" não é o Algarve do litoral ruidoso, nem o Algarve do interior desertificado, é o Algarve onde a natureza vive em liberdade e a luz tem outra alma.

Hélio Ramos was born 24th Decem-ber, 1954 in Olhão. He’s been photo-graphing since 1973, and became a professional photographer in 1981. His work is divided into three main subjects: tourism, heritage and the Algarve. ‘The Other Algarve’ is nei-ther the noisy coast, nor the depop-ulated hinterland. It’s the Algarve where nature is free and light is of another essence.

"Sentimientos Argentinos" é o re-sultado espetacular da união entre duas prestigiadas companhias de dança argentinas: Estilo y Pasión e Renovando Sueños. Ao longo de uma hora, o público é transpor-tado às pampas argentinas e às ruas de Buenos Aires, através do malambo, bombo, boleadoras e, naturalmente, o tango, declarado Património Imaterial da Humani-dade. Este espetáculo funde ma-gistralmente o folclore tradicional com conteúdos de dança contem-porânea, flamenco e tango.

‘Sentimientos Argentinos’ (Argen-tine Feelings) is the spectacular result of the union between two prestigious Argentine dance com-panies: ‘Estilo y Pasión’ and ‘Reno-vando Sueños’. This one-hour show takes the public to the Argentine pampas and the streets of Buenos Aires through malambo, bombo, boleadoras and, of course, tango, declared UNESCO Intangible Cul-tural Heritage. The show beauti-fully merges traditional folk with contemporary dance, flamenco and tango.

Em outubro, milhares de aves sobre-voam o Algarve, a caminho dos seus territórios de invernada em África. Junte-se à migração dos observa-dores de aves e disfrute ao máximo deste espetáculo incrível, em 200 atividades – muitas delas gratuitas – ao longo dos quatro dias. Os par-ticipantes serão convidados a co-nhecer os resultados de um estudo que tem acompanhado a migração de aves em Sagres na última década, haverá um passeio com um pastor e um guia local, passeios de kayak e sessões de Biodanza.

In October, thousands of birds fly over the Algarve on their way to wintering in Africa. Join this mi-gration of birdwatchers and en-joy a unique display to the fullest with 200 activities – many of them free– for four days. Participants will be invited to know the results of a study on bird migration in Sagres in the last decade, as well as to go on a guided walk with a shepherd and a local guide, and enjoy kayak trips and Biodanza sessions.
