    due to their increased productivity. Wages do not risein proportion as rise in production. Wage paymentcreates uncertainty & insecurity (beyond a standardoutput, there is no increase in wage rate).

    predetermined by management. So it leaves no room

    for trade unions to bargain as everything isstandardized, standard output, standard wor ingconditions, standard time etc. This further wea enstrade unions, creates a rift between efficient & inefficientwor ers according to theirwages.
