O Simple Present pode tambm transmitir a idia de que algo est
acontecendo ou no no presente momento, ou uma condio em geral.
I don't have a car.
He is at home now.
We need help with our homework.
Existem algumas expresses indicadoras deste tempo verbal, que
normalmente so: usually, frequently, often, every day, all the time.
Para formar sentenas no Simple Present, usamos as seguintes regras:
Afirmativa: I verb, You verb, He/She/it verbs (terceira pessoa do
singular: adicione S ou ES)
I have a new house.
She has a new apartment.
I do social work sometimes.
She does voluntary work.
I wash my car every weekend.
He washes the car very well.
Interrogativa: Use o verbo auxiliar "to do" e no modifique o verbo.
Do you like to play cards?

Negativa: do not, don't, does not, doesn't
I do not like that kind of food.
I don't have any money.
Jack does not work here.
Mary doesn't care about us.
Ateno: No use o verbo auxiliar "to do" com o verbo "to be".
Inverta o sujeito e o verbo para a forma interrogativa e acrescente
"not" para a forma negativa.
Are you sad?
Is she here?
I am not sad.
She isn't here.
