Maiores Sucessos:

Com o intuito de alcançar dois canais offtrade distintos, convidámos 2 retalhistas como os que segue mem baixo:

• Hyundai Department Store: Juntamente com a Lotte e a Shinsegae, a Hyundai Department Store é uma das 3 principais

superficies de retalho na Coreia do Sul, disponibilizando ao consumidor final, produtos de luxo, moda, acessórios,

mobiliário e alimentos/bebidas Premium. Dispõem de 15 superficies, e cerca de 340M$ em vendas anuais. Fazendo

ainda parte do importante grupo Hyundai, tem neste momento um papel crucial no retalho da Coreia do Sul.

• Wine 365 : Fazendo parte da “WS Trading Co,.” um dos maiores importadores de vinho na Coreia do Sul, é um outlet

especializado em vinho com 4 lojas em Seoul, e ainda tem a coordenação da secção de vinhos da importante Lotte

Department Store (um dos 3 retalhistas mais importantes no Mercado). Tem no portfolio mais de 1800 referências de

vinho, dos vários cantos do mundo.

No geral, o programa entusiasmou e impressionou os convidados. Todos eles fizeram questão de realçar que foi a melhor

viagem em negócios que alguma vez tiveram, e que todas as visitas a produtores, refeições e experiências, foram no geral

perfeitas. Disseram ainda que voltariam a re-descobrir os vinhos portugueses e que não esperavam tamanha qualidade,

diversidade e carácter. Por exemplo a Ms Jiyeon que trabalha na Wine365 e na WS Trading, está seriamente a pensar

adquirir mais vinhos portugueses para o seu portfolio, de produtores que visitou durante a sua estadia.

A visita a diversas regiões vitivinícolas como Lisboa, Alentejo Península de Setubal, Bairrada, Dão e Vinho verde, serviu

para presenciarem na primeira pessoa a qualidade e diversidade, tendo contacto diário com produtores locais, vinhas,

adegas. Provando os seus vinhos e diversas castas, os convidados puderam observer o que cada região tem a oferecer.

Pontos Fracos:

O horários dos voos para os convidados não foi a melhor escolha, isto porque, até o Porto realizaram 2 escalas desde Seoul

tendo demorado mais de 24h. No regresso, com o voo agendado para as 4 da madrugada mais 6 horas de escala em Munique,

os convidados chegaram muito cansados. E ainda, 2 dos convidados apanharam uma infecção na pele após terem passado

a noite em Lisboa.

Recomendações e Dicas

Que aprendizagens retiramos do evento?

Tendo em conta a personalidade Sul Coreana, grupos pequenos (4) tendem a deixar os intervenientes mais tímidos e

fechados. Por sua vez um grupo de 6 pessoas, irá deixar os intervenientes mais à vontade, com maior predisposição para

falar ou tirar as suas dúvidas.

Recomendações futuras?

Futuramente, uma acção do género “Presstrip ou FID” seria bastante interessante do ponto de vista que poderá ser visto

como um impulsionador de negócios e interesse bastante eficiente, de maneira a trazer um maior número de compradores

ao nosso país, aumentando assim o interesse pelos vinhos portugueses.

O que pode ser melhorado? Antes do ínicio de qualquer comitiva a diferentes produtores e regiões, era importante fornecer informação

antecipadamente sobre os produtores a visitar, bem como as suas regiões e ainda uma breve explicação geral sobre os

vinhos portugueses, castas e regiões. Neste sentido estariam a contribuir para uma melhor interpretação da informação.

Também poderia ser relevante, oferecer a oportunidade de visitar os produtores já representados na Coreia do Sul, com o

objective de aumentar os seus portfolios.

Outras Considerações: Todos os convidados apreciaram bastante a companhia de Ms Cátia Moura e Mr Miguel Vicente. Graças a ambos, os

convidados obtiveram uma óptima impressão de Portugal, da sua cultura, e acima de tudo, os seus Vinhos! Todos se

sentiram muito bem recebidos e acarinhados. No geral, o programa e organização estavam muito bem delineados e

desempenhados durante a visita, tendo a presença de ambos revelado um factor chave para o bom desempenho da

iniciativa e para deixar os convidados agradados e bem recebidos.
