regularidade da troca, é muito

por períodos prolongados de trocas

Estes filtros são concebidoscom o tipo de meio filtrantepara fazer a filtragem do parti-culado grosso, funcionando como um pré-filtro.
Eles servem para a remoçãoconfiável de líquidos e partí-culas sólidas inferiores a 3 µmexistente no ar comprimido ede gás, tendo uma eficiênciade separação de aproximada-mente 99,99%.
A temperatura de operaçãorecomendada está na faixade 1.5°C a 60°C.
O conjunto do meio filtranteplissado, com material em microfibra de celulose, repre-senta 75% de seu volume.
Em comparação com os sili-lares bobinado do mesmodimensional, oferecem 4 vezesárea filtrante.
São concebidos com estrutura resistenteá oxidação, com tampas em Polipropilenoou aluminio.

Estes são conhecidos como coalescência de leito profundo para remover líquidos e partí-culas sólidas abaixo de 0,01 mícron com uma eficiência de separação de 99,99999% emredes de ar comprimido e gases.Série (DC .... / 1 x).
Em comparação com um elemento bobinado de tamanho semelhante, o plissado possibilita mais de 4 vezes a quantidade da área superfícial.
No lado de fora do filtro existeuma camada de drenagem feitaa partir de células abertas semCFC revestimento de espuma.
A estrutura de suporte do ele-mento de filtro consiste de umamalha de aço inoxidável extre-mamente aberta e as tampasde são em polipropileno oude alumínio.

O núcleo do filtro, é a forma de plissas com até 4 camadas de tecido sintético fabricado a partir de tecido de microfibra de borosilicato com mais de 96% de volume vazio que está rodeada por um tecido de filtração adicional em polipropileno oferecendo suporte estrutural.

Os filtros de carvão ativado sãoutilizados para absorção dos hidrocarbonetos produzidos pelos valores de óleo ou gases.
Em conjunto com um filtro de da linha ultrafina (DC ... / 1) e um equipamento de secagemadequado, ao filtro DC... / 3 produz ar comprimido limpa,que é tecnicamente isento deóleo de acordo com os requisitospara ar de respiração conformea norma DIN EN 12021 (anterior-mente DIN 3188 ou BS 4275).
A temperatura de operação re-mendada deve estar entre 1.5°Ca 40°C.
O núcleo do filtro é constituidopor um tecido plissado com microf ibras impregnado comcarvão activado. É constituídapor uma concentrada de carvãovegetal triturado, coberto emambos os lados por uma cama-da de filtração. Isto impede quequaisquer partículas de carvãoactivado entre no fluxo de gás.
Em comparação com um elem-ento de carvão granulado de tamanho semelhante, o modelo plissado permite área de filtragem para mais deduas vezes a área da superfície do filtro com a respe-ctiva quantidadede carvão activado.
A estrutura de suporte do ele-mento de filtro consiste de umamalha de aço inoxidável extre-mamente aberta e as tampasde são em polipropileno oude alumínio.
