Tempus Alba is a boutique winery with its own vineyads located in Luján de Cuyo and Tupungato,
Mendoza, Argentina. With four generations in Mendoza´s wine industry, the Biondolillo family is in charge
of the different areas: agronomic, enological and commercial. Tempus Alba is focused on the elaboration
of high-end Malbecs as well as Premium Blends. In the winery they use grapes from our own vines grown
in “La Alborada”, “El Retorno” and “San Antonio” vineyards. Together they amount to 270 acres (110
hectares) and they are located in the privileged areas of Luján de Cuyo, Maipú and Tupungato. Their
altitudes range from 2,600 to 3,950 feet (800 to 1.200 meters) above sea level. The soils are of alluvial
origin, ranging from deep to shallow, rocky, with good drainage and moderate fertility.

Claroscuro is a boutique winery located in Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina. The Finca has 28 hectares

Bodega Benegas is a small winery devoted exclusively to the production of high end wines. The quality of
these wines are based in the excellent terroir of the two owned vineyards. One of them, Finca Libertad,
belonged in the past to the Benegas family and was rebought by Federico Benegas Lynch in 1999. This
vineyard has very old vines that age from 60 to 120 years, with vines of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet
Sauvignon, Malbec, Sangiovese, Syrah, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Federico Benegas inherited a passion for
distinguished winemaking that shows in the elegance of its wines. The second vineyard is La Encerrada in
Gualtallary district in Tupungato, Uco Valley. This is the vineyard where Benegas grows its excellent
malbec at 1450mts above the sea level. The winery is located in Lujan de Cuyo, 20 minutes away from
Mendoza city. With a total production of 30.000 9 lt cases and a potential of 80.000 9 lt cases, the
Benegas wines are growing steadily in the export market.

A very pretty estate with vineyards and fruit trees is located in Uco Valley, where it used to be Estancia
Atamisque. The estate was purchased in 2006 by a Frenchman, John Du Monceau, who fell in love with
the place and decided to settle there with his wife Chantal. Bodega Atamisque‟s construction began in
2006 and the first harvest was performed in 2007. From the very beginning, the respect for the nature
has been emphasized. The winery‟s surroundings have remained intact with their natural flora, including
the regional bush atamisque, chañar, piquillo, cactus and many other varieties. Besides, the catalpa tree
that grows in the estate gave origin to the name of the Premium wines line. The 70-hectare vineyards
largely supply the needed amount of quality grapes. Bodega Atamisque only buys some Malbec grapes
coming from 80-year-old vineyards and some Cabernet Sauvignon grapes coming from ancient vineyards.
The production focuses on Premium wines, using first-quality French oak (Taransaud, Demptos) and
reaching impressive fruity wines with long aftertaste and not so high alcohol content.

Budeguer´s Group began in 2005 searching for the best location to develop the vineyards. The company
decided to buy a land in Rodeo del Medio – Maipú. They also bought a second land located in Agrelo,
Lujan de Cuyo. Nowadays the company has three lines of wine: Plan B and Tucumen (entry level);
Budeguer 4000 and Tucumen Reserve; Patrimonio Grand Reserve 2009. The winery was awarded with

Bodega del Fin del Mundo is the first winery in the Province of Neuquén. Its vineyards are located in San
Patricio del Chañar, a place where the agro-environmental conditions are ideal for growing vines. The
fantastic temperature range – higher than 20ºC between night and day - caused by warm sunny days and
cool nights, brings balance to the grapes and gives the wines their color, acidity, aromas and structure.
Intense sun rays pass through the almost always clear sky, thus allowing the grapes to ripe in the correct
manner. Low humidity and scarce rainfall – only 180 mm a year – keep the vineyard extraordinarily
healthy. The first vineyards were planted in 1999 and since then, 2000 hectares were planted, 1000
hectares out of these 2000 would be part of the project to build the winery known as Bodega Del Fin del
Mundo. It is important to emphasize that the rest of the existing wineries in San Patricio del Chañar have
their origins in the mentioned project. Its 1000 hectare vineyards grow in this Patagonian scenery,
naturally healthy and on sandy and stony soils. Distribution is 85% of red grapes, with Cabernet
Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Tannat, Cabernet Franc and Syrah, and 15% of white grapes, with
Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Semillón and Viognier.

In 2005, the Bonnie family, owner of the renowned Château Malartic-Lagravière (Grand Cru Classé de
Graves) and of the Château Gazin Rocquencourt (Pessac-Léognan), decided to leave France in search for
new horizons in the world of wine. It all began with the acquisition, along with their partners, of a single
130-hectares (321 acres) block of land in the heart of the Uco Valley, to the south of the city of
Mendoza. That is where Bodega DiamAndes was born, as a member of the prestigious Clos de los Siete
group. The winery‟s architectural design blends harmoniously into the stunning Andean scenery. In this
context, the winemaking process has taken place under exceptional conditions since the 2007 vintage.

Humberto Canale is located in the middle of an oasis in the High Valley of Negro River, the winery has its
origin in 1909. His long term vision led him to buy 200 hectares in this wild location and import the
necessary equipment to develop the viticulture in the region. In 1912 vineyards were already planted and
by mid XX century its image was consolidated. By injecting a good deal of professional know how into the
valley's activities he managed to promote investigation and creativity, thus allowing the world to see
that the region possessed a special terroir that gave birth to different, very characteristic wines.

The Bodega Noemia de Patagonia project began with the discovery and restoration of an ancient
vineyard, hidden among a cluster of poplars surrounding this small vineyard. This old vineyard was
planted with Malbec grapes in the 1930s in a remote corner of the Rio Negro valley. It was quite a feat to
reach such a hidden place; 620 miles south of Buenos Aires, 280 miles to the east of the Andes, 310 miles
west of the Atlantic coast or 1240 miles from Tierra del Fuego.

Sottano family vineyard is 75 acres Sottano with 60% Malbec grapes and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
whom are 16 years old vines. Villa Bastías Vineyard in Tupungato it‟s a 25 acres area planted with Merlot
and Malbec grapes of 30 years old vines. The vines are 100% covered with anti-hail net and drip irrigation
system in a Vertical setup. The winemaking capacity is 800.000 liters per year. 100% stainless steel tanks
25, 20, 10 and 5 thousand liters, with the last technology in Humidity and temperature controlling. They
have gravity conduction against using pumps. The oak aging structure accounts with 800 barrels of 225
liters, 70% French and 30% American oak. Its own bottle stowage room ensures proper light and
temperature control throughout the year.

Bodega Vistalba was built between 2001 and 2004 in a family-owned land at the heart of Vistalba (Luján
de Cuyo). This is where Carlos Pulenta developed his personal viticulture project, involving members of
his family, consultants, enologists and a valuable group of people who really know this land. The winery
is inspired in the Creole culture, resorting to cutting-edge technology and paying homage to traditional

Hervé Joyaux Fabre, owner and director of Fabre Montmayou, was born in Bordeaux, France, to a family

Agrelo is world renowned for its opulent and aromatically complex wines. It is located in the western
foothills of the Andes mountains and is a part of the Lujan de Cuyo department. The altitude at our
estate is 970 m.a.s.l. At this height, sunlight is more intense and grapes ripen during warm days. These
sunny days are followed by much cooler nights. The broad thermal amplitude in this region is the
district´s main feature: it extends the ripening period and balances acidity. Soils in Agrelo are sandy
loam with a deeper layer of gravelly stones, made up from eroded, mineral-rich material from the slopes
of the Andes. These soils have exceptional drainage. Using drip irrigation, viticulturists are able to
carefully control yield and vigor, and produce small berries with an excellent concentration of sugars,
acids and tannins.

The winery is located at the foot of the Tupungato hill, in the province of Mendoza, Argentina. They have
all the production resources for making wine both in concrete tanks and in stainless steel tanks.
Depending on the line, they use French oak barriques of 160, 250 and 500 litres, and Slovenian oak casks
of 6,500 litres each. The room with the barriques and the room where we stow the finished product have
a programmable refrigeration system in order to prevent any sudden variation in temperature. Lastly, the
research and development area is in charge of performing different types of microvinification based on

Gauchezco symbolizes the true essence of the traditional Gaucho culture in Argentina. Its main vineyard
date back to the 19th century, which was founded by the Governor of Mendoza Tiburcio Benegas in 1881.
He was one of the forefathers of the Argentine wine industry. Its average vine age is 70 years old with
some blocks that are over 100 years old. In total they have 100 hectares under vine and a fully modern

The winery VALLISTO was created by three partners and winemakers: Hugh Ryman, Marcelo Pelleriti and
Francisco Lavaque. The vineyards are located at 1,900 meters above sea level, on the West hillside of the

Familia Fantelli was founded in the year 1974 by Jesus Carlos Fantelli and his wife, Ermelinda Lamia. Don
Carlos, who had been workings as an employee in the industry for a long time by then, and who also had
the experience acquired working at his father´s vineyard, initiated his own company. Today the capacity
of the warehouse is 11 million liters. Of which 4 million are in stainless steel tanks with an amount of 400
French and American oak barrels. They have two bottling lines with a total production of 7000 bottles

Negras is born from the friendship of an American Wine Educator, an Argentine viticulturalist and two

Jeff Mausbach has spent the last 13 years as Wine Education Director for Bodega Catena Zapata. He has
travelled the world preaching the gospel of the unique character of Argentine wines. Alejandro
Sejanovich was Vineyard director for Bodega Caetna Zapata for 15 years. He pioneered high altitude
vineyard planting and conducted ground breaking research on Mendoza Malbec clones. Jason Mabbett was
a professor of winemaking at Auckland University, he then made wine for Rosemount in Australia, Jess
Jackson in California, and Gascon in Argentina. Duncan Killiner has made wine from Israel to Uruguay,
from Italy to Chile. He is currently winemaking consultant for Indomita of Chile and Viu Manent &
Viniterra in Argentina.

In the year 1959, Rufino Pablo Baggio established the company in the city of Gualeguaychú, province of

In 2001, a team of Argentine entrepreneurs with a budding interest in wine was justcrazy enough to see
the raw and untapped potential in the soil of the Alto Valle del Rio Colorado region, located in the
northern part of Patagonia. Their vision was complemented by a qualified and courageous group of
experts – all with the same pioneering spirit. Together, they would go onto set up shop in a small town
named 25 de Mayo, in the province of La Pampa. After listening to and learning from this unique and
challenging landscape, the first stages of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, and
Chardonnay vines were planted. In 2003 Malbec, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier varietals were
added, bringing the vineyard‟s scale to a full 140 hectares. The group brought in oak barrels from France
and The United States, and set up a facility that now measures out to 2,500 square meters dedicated to
both production and storage and has a crushing capacity of almost 1.5 million kilos. Bodega del Desierto
loves surprising people and has been proudly exceeding presumptions on Patagonian desert viticulture
ever since the release of their first group of wines back in 2004.

Bodegas Borbore is located in the Tulum Valley in the Argentine province of San Juan. The province has

Bodega Aniello is a small winery looking to explore the value of the ancient winemaking tradition of

The vineyards are cultivated at an altitude of more than 3.600 feet (one of the highest estates in

Diego Correas and the Winemaker Daniel Mayorga are in charge of the elaboration and production of
their wines. They have inherited sensitivity and the art to combine and heighten aromas and flavors,
knowing the different soils,wine-stock, climate, age of the vineyards, amount of clusters and ripeness of
the grapes, thus obtaining wines with expression and personality. The winery has 225 liter barrels of
French oak from the forests of Alliers, Vosgues and Troncais, of different makes and up to 4 years old.
The red wines are elaborated in stainless steel tanks, and then left to rest and complete their maturing
in oak barrels for a period of 6 to 12 months, according to the wine-stock and the style of wines. It has a
capacity of 3,700,000 liters in oak barrels, stainless steel tanks and sinks made of concrete, covered with
epoxy glass painting. The sinks have the same width and height and the sizes are 5,000; 10,000 and
15,000 liters.

Familia Zuccardi is a family company founded in 1963 by Engineer Alberto Zuccardi. He began planting
vines in Maipu; (province of Mendoza), experimenting with an irrigation system of his own creation based
on a method used in California. Fifty years after the starting point of this path, there are three
generations joined by a passion for wine. Leaded by Sebastian Zuccardi, third generation family
winemaker, they have been making wines from grapes grown in the Uco Valley. He has strong
determination to explore Argentina´s many micro-climate and soils. Sebastian is making some of the
