Fazenda with its continuous table sideservice is a high volume turnoverrestaurant, and understandably the tillsare continually in use and despite thesepressures, overall the reliability of theEPoS “has been very good” said Tomas.Fazenda also has handheld terminals atthe Leeds site, but generally thepointOne tills take the strain of theircustomer orders.

Currently on a weekly basis the Leedsrestaurant is serving around 2,500customers a week and the “EpoS tillsare performing really well” said Tomas.By comparison Fazenda’s sites inLiverpool and Manchester servearound 1,500 to 2,000 diners,according to demand, as business inthese restaurants tend to fluctuate,however “without pointOne EPoS itsimply would not be possible toturnover this type of business acrossour sites” said Tomas.
