DESCRIPTION
The Town of Halfmoon (Contractor) will complete designs for a new park on the Hudson River for waterfront access and passive recreation. The waterfront park will be created on approximately a 2.5 acre, Town-Owned parcel with approximately 270 linear feet of waterfront. The park concept includes passive recreational space with picnic tables, grills and restrooms; a pavilion for gatherings; and car-top boat launch and small watercraft docking facilities; and a parking area. The project will include the preparation of plans, designs and construction documents for the park.TRANSCRIPT
