COVID-19: Beginning Friday March 12, 2021 at 5 p.m., Governor Hogan’s new executive order nullifies all previous orders issued by local counties, meaning that the State is no longer imposing any limits on Mass attendance. The governor’s order also removed the capacity limits that had applied to other indoor or outdoor parish gatherings. Although the State and county limits on building capacity are lifted, the Archdiocesan guidelines have not changed and remain as set forth in the document entitled, Public Celebration of Mass and Holy Communion Outside of Mass. In particular, facilities will still need to maintain masking and six-foot social distancing rules, as well as follow all other Archdiocesan guidelines. This will neces-sarily limit the number of people that a parish can accommodate for indoor gatherings at any one time. First Reading: Acts 3:13-15, 17-19
Peter reminds the people that they allowed Jesus to be killed, and preferred to allow a murderer to be released. But God raised him from the dead as had been prophe-sied. Therefore, all people should believe and turn to God, that their sins might be forgiven.
Second Reading: 1 John 2:1-5a
Jesus was offered up for the sins of the world. The only way to prove true faith in him, is to honor his command-ments. Anyone who claims to believe, yet does not keep his word, does not truly believe.
Gospel: Luke 24:35-48
Jesus appeared to two disciples, though at first they feared he was a ghost. Jesus ate with them to prove he was not a ghost. He explained that he had fulfilled the prophets words about him. He also explained that in his name they must preach doing penance for the forgiveness of sins.

THIRD SUNDAY OF EASTER - TERCER DOMINGO DE PASCUA
Primera Lectura: Hechos 3:13-15, 17-19
Pedro le recuerda a la gente que ellos permi�eron que mata-ran a Jesús, y prefirieron que un asesino fuera puesto en libertad. Pero Dios lo levantó de entre los muertos como
estaba escrito. Por ello toda la gente debería creer y acer-carse a Dios, para que sus pecados fueran perdonados.
Segunda Lectura: 1 Juan 2:1-5a
Jesús fué ofrecido por los pecados del mundo. La única for-ma de mostrar verdadera fé en El es honrando sus manda-mientos. Aquel que afirma creer, pero no sigue sus manda-
mientos, no cree verdaderamente.
Evangelio: San Lucas 24:35-48
Jesús se le apareció a dos discípulos, quienes inicialmente pensaron que era un fantasma. Jesús comió con ellos para
probar que no era un fantasma. Explicó que había cumplido las palabras de los profetas acerca de El. También explicó
que deberían predicar en su nombre, haciendo penitencia para el perdón de los pecados.
“Ellos, por su parte, contaron lo que les había pasado en el camino y cómo lo habían reconocido al par�r el pan. Todavía estaban hablando de esto, cuando Je-sús se apareció en medio de ellos y les dijo: ‘La paz esté con ustedes’. Atónitos y llenos de temor, creían ver un espíritu, pero Jesús les preguntó: ‘¿Por qué están turbados y se les presentan esas dudas?’”
Las apariciones del Señor durante la Pascua fueron ciertamente momentos reconfortantes para los após-toles, quienes temerosos al principio, intentaban en-tender lo que había pasado. San Lucas con�nuaba diciendo: ‘Era tal la alegría y la admiración de los discí-pulos, que se resis�an a creer.’ Qué de emociones en-contradas: ‘atónitos’, ‘llenos de temor’, ‘admiración’ – cuando El se paró entre ellos.
El Señor está presente para mí hoy, con todas nuestras dificultades de la pandemia, tormentas devastadoras y la indiferencia de tantos. El desea revelarse a Sí Mis-mo y asegurarnos que cuando El está presente, el mie-do desaparece y llega Su paz.
Requisitos para Bautizar en San Ambrosio
1. Registrarse como miembro de la parroquia si aún no lo esta.
2. Presentar el cer�ficado de nacimiento del niño (a) a bau�zar.
3. Los padres y padrinos deben asis�r a una charla de preparación bau�smal.
4. Solo podrán ser padrinos personas solteras y/o parejas CASADAS POR LA IGLESIA CATOLICA. No se permiten personas en unión libre. Tampoco pueden ser padrinos/madrinas dos personas del mismo sexo.
5. Los padrinos deben llenar una forma de elegibilidad. Los que pertenezcan o asisten a otra parroquia deben llevar esta forma a su párroco para que la firme y le coloquen el sello parroquial.
6. Si los padres asisten/pertenecen a otra parroquia deberán presentar un permiso de su párroco para poder bau�zar en San Ambrosio.
7. Los padres y padrinos deben recibir la preparación bau�smal .
8. Donación de $ 50 por familia

prepara�on talk. 4. Only single people and / or couples MARRIED BY THE
CATHOLIC CHURCH may be godparents. People in common law are not allowed. Nor can two people of the same sex be godparents / godmothers.
5. Sponsors must fill out an eligibility form. Those who belong to or a�end another parish should take this form to their parish priest for him to sign and affix the parish seal.
6. If the parents a�end / belong to another parish, they must present a permit from their parish in order to bap�ze in San Ambrosio.
7. Parents and godparents must receive the bap�smal prepara�on.
8. $ 50 dona�on per family
