O que são os 4W? What are the 4W?
Uma tentativa de mostrar a presença operacional por setor e localização dentro de uma emergência.
Neste nível básico, os 3W podem permitir que as organizações possam identificar potenciais parceiros, fornecer rapidamente uma compreensão muito aproximada de uma resposta em curso e identificar superficialmente possíveis sobreposições ou lacunas na resposta.
An attempt to show the operational presence by sector and location within an emergency.
At this basic level, the 3W can enable organizations to help identify potential partners, quickly give a very rough understanding of an ongoing response, and superficially identify potential overlaps or gaps in response.
