Estudos métricos da informação: relatos de experiências institucionais

ÊNFASE NO PROJETO OBSERVATÓRIO GRUPO SCIENTIA

O PROJETO OBSERVATÓRIO• Consiste em pesquisar dispositivos de construção de

conhecimentos quantitativos nos moldes de “Observatórios em C & T”, para apoiar decisões, planejamento e formulações de políticas dos quadros dirigentes no âmbito de IESs.prospectar e constituir fundos documentários do estado da

técnica de estruturas informacionais do tipo Observatório de C & T; (REALIZADO)

estudar a micro-cultura dos processos decisórios de quadros dirigentes da UFPE;

identificar os tipos de fontes de informação tradicionalmente utilizados nos processos decisórios e;

elencar repositórios que produzam dados cadastrais e séries estatísticas detalhadas de fontes primárias oficiais.

O projeto está contemplado em:Bolsa de Produtividade em Pesquisa do CNPq;Projeto Universal 14/2012 - Faixa C

• Estudos prospectivos de Grupos de Pesquisadores da UFPE, com o uso do ScripLattes (SeGIC)

• Atividades de promoção de processos informacionais, articulando a participação de especialistas em informação com os quadros dos pesquisadores que integram os grupos de pesquisa credenciados pela UFPE

– Entre essas atividades, iniciamos um programa para capacitar os profissionais do Sistema Integrado de Bibliotecas da UFPE que vão prestar serviços de informação junto aos Pesquisadores da Instituição;

– Orientação de mestrado voltado ao estudo das competências de pesquisa na área da Engenharia Civil com base na produção de Teses e Dissertações;

– Cursos de formação e treinamento com ferramentas de análise e visualização informação;

– Cursos de formação em Indicadores: aspectos conceituais, metodológicos e de aplicação;

2. Análise de dados• análise bibliométrica dos dados a partir do software

HistCite: software de visualização de resultados da literatura científica indexada na base Web of Science.– Desenvolvido pelo Dr. Eugene Garfield, se utiliza de

um algoritmo historiográfico para gerar matrizes de dados e produzir gráficos em formato de redes de frentes históricas de pesquisa.

– Representação dos dados– Interpretação dos resultados por experts
