Ao longo dos últimos anos a empresa teve um crescimento

exponencial fruto dos elevados padrões técnicos

e humanos que a empresa detém e também do seu processo

de Internacionalização. A empresa tem já está implantada em

Angola, Moçambique, Espanha, e na América Latina e

We represent IRMALEX products, of which they manufac-

ture a diverse range of building materials among which

are the Sandwich panels being currently national market

leader in it’s production and commercialization, and also

�at and pro�led metal sheets, purlins and trims, using

always the highest levels of quality in the raw material

that uses, and favoring in its production its durability,

and its highest aesthetic and functional design.

It has in ALUTILE – aluminum composite panel its

ex-libris product, being equipped with a modern line

of CNC cutting and drilling for their preparation and

having a highly specialized team in manufacturing and

assembling the product.

Over the past years the company has had an exponential

growth thanks to the high technical and human

standards that the company holds, and due to interna-

tionalization process.

The company is already implanted in Angola, Mozam-

bique, Spain and Latin America, and it intends to

continue its expansion without however compromising

the quality of raw materials, the e�ciency of its produc-

tion process, the strict compliance with deadlines and

obviously the close relationship with its customers.

Ultra light and Easy-to-Handle Panel

Ultra light panel and easy handling The ALUTILE panel is easy handling and application due to it being fairly light (3.5 kg / m² to 5.6kg / m²). The processing of the panels, such as cutting, folding and opening of the grooves is easily done using simple tools for woodworking. Also its application due to the flexibility of the panels is quite simple ALUTILE thus becoming a material of choice for architects and designers, who can turn into reality their most complex projects. This means reduced costs.

Outstanding Property of Fire Resistance Because the core is made of nontoxic polyethylene with excellent resilience to fire and combustion, make an excellent material ALUTILE® panel Fireproof, which meets the highest standards of construction.

Uniform coating and Diversified Colors As a result of applying a treatment chemosynthesis and Henkel technolo-gy, the adhesive force between the color coating and the panel could not be uniform. However the choice of colors has become quite diverse, which makes it possible for our customers to choose the color that best fits your project.

Easy Maintenance The anti-contaminant properties ALUTILE panel were obviously improved. Even in areas with high levels of pollution due to the ability of self-cleaning, with the help of a neutral PH detergent, the surface of the panel is easy to clean.

Impact Resistance The impact resistance and the strength of the panel ALUTILE are remarkable. O processa-mento dos painéis, tais como o corte, abertura de sulcos e dobra-gem é facilmente feito através de simples ferramentas para trabalhar madeira. Também a sua aplicação devido à flexibilidade dos paineis ALUTILE é bastante simples tornando-se assim num material de eleição para os arquitectos e projectistas, que conseguem transformar em realidade os seus projectos mais complexos. Isto significa redução de custos.

Excelente Propriedade de Resistência ao FogoDevido ao facto do núcleo ser feito com polietileno não tóxico, com uma excelente capacidade de resistência ao fogo e combustão, tornam o painel ALUTILE® num excelente material à prova de fogo, que vai de encontro às mais exigentes normas de construção.

Revestimento Uniforme e Cores Diversificadas Em resultado da aplicação de um tratamento de quimiosíntese e da tecnologia Henkel, a força adesiva entre o revestimento de cor e o Painel não podia ser mais uniforme. Entretanto a escolha de cores tornou-se bastante diversificada, o que torna possível aos nossos clientes escolher a cor que mais se ajusta ao seu projecto.

Fácil ManutençãoAs propriedades anti contaminantes do Painel ALUTILE foram obviamente melhoradas. Mesmo em zonas com elevados índices de poluição, devido à capacidade de auto limpeza, com a ajuda de um detergente de PH neutro, a superfície do Painel é de fácil limpeza.

Resistência ao ImpactoA resistência ao impacto e a robustez do Painel ALUTILE são notáveis. Por exemplo, a camada de revestimento não se parte nem separa, mesmo quando o Painel é dobrado num ângulo bastante pequeno. Mais ainda, a superfície do Painel está garantida para manter a cor original por longos anos mesmo em condições climáticas bastante adversas, tais como ventos fortes e tempestades de areia.

AplicaçãoO Alutile será aplicado sobre uma estrutura metálica de suporte constituída por perfil tipo “U” em Alumínio à cor natural, sendo as dimensões do perfil as adequadas às dimensões das chapas.
