• art. 2c ) Toutes les formes de racisme, le sionisme, l'occupation et la domination étrangères constituent une entrave à la dignité de l'homme et un obstacle majeur à l'exercice des droits fondamentaux des peuples; il est impératif de condamner leur pratique sous toutes ses formes et de veiller à leur élimination
