POUR QUELS UTILISATEURS ?- Techniciens monteur.

COMMENT UTILISER L’OUTIL ?Visser l’Intervis ® sur l’outil fente vers le bas.Positionner l'ensemble sur le trou et visser l’ intervis jusqu’à environ 0,1 à 0,2 mmen dessous de la surface de la pièce. En cas d'eort trop important lors de l'insertionutiliser un “tourne à gauche”.Débloquer l’écrou avec une clé plate puis dévisser l’outil jusqu’à ce qu’il se séparede l’intervis .

POUR QUELS UTILISATEURS ?

- Techniciens monteur.

COMMENT UTILISER L’OUTIL ?

Monter l’outil sur la machine (taraudeuse ou bien perceuse). S’assurer quel’outil utilisé est adapté au taraudage de l’intervis.

Maintenir durant quelques tours l’intervis (fente vers le bas) pour le visser surl’embout leté de l’outil.Descendre la broche. Suite à une légère pression l’intervis se vissera seuldans le trou.Lorsque la broche arrive en butée, la rotation s’arrête. L’inversion de celle-ci estdéclenchée et l’outil se dégage de l’intervis.

Toute livraison est soumise à l'acception expresse des présentes conditions de vente et à une conrmation de commande. Deliveries are made under present conditions and as per our acknowledgement of receipt.

Sauf convention expresse, le retard dans les délais de livraison ne peut donner lieu à indemnité ou annulation de la commande, et notamment dans les cas suivants : les conditions de paiement n'ont pas été observées, force majeure ou événement propre à retarder ou suspendre la livraison des marchandises.Except otherwise agreed, delays in delivery time can not result in extra fees for the supplier or cancellation of order by the consignee, and particularly in case of non respect of the payment terms or of a major event (wars, hurricanes …) delaying the delivery time .

Nos fournitures, même convenues franco, voyagent aux risques et périls du destinataire, à qu'il appartient, en cas d'avaries ou de pertes, de faire toutes réserves, et d'exercer tout recours auprès des transporteurs seuls responsables. Parts are forwarded under responsibility of the consignee (even under DDP incoterms) and any claim resulting from bad transportation shall be declared to the carrier directly and by written.

Le client aura toute faculté de réceptionner les fournitures au moment de la livraison. Il lui appartient à ce moment d'en prendre, après contrôle, l'entière responsabilité.The consignee takes over the responsibility of the material at the moment of the delivery.

Les réclamations concernant la qualité de la marchandise, à l'exclusion de tout litige de transport, devront être formulées par écrit dans les 8 jours à partir de la livraison. Claims on material, except transportation claim, shall be declared within 8 days by written to the supplier.

Nos factures sont payables au comptant ou par traite, après accord préalable.Invoices are paid cash or according to agreed payments terms.

Toute somme non payée à l’échéance porte de plein droit intérêts, à hauteur de 3.0 fois le taux légal en vigueur à compter du 1er janvier 2009, (conformément à la loi 2008-776 dite de Modernisation de l’économie).Any amount not paid at due date may result in nancial extra costs, calculated on the basis of 3 time the actual rate.

En cas de non règlement d'une facture à son échéance, une pénalité de 10 %, avec un minimum de 38.11 €, sera automati-quement appliquée, sans préjudice des intérêts de retard prévus à l'article 8.Penalty of 10% may be charged (with a minimum of 38.11 euros) in case of a late payment, in addition to costs described in §8.

En cas de prorogation de traites, les frais et intérêts résultant de cette prorogation seront à charge à l'acheteur. Financial costs resulting from a delay in payment will be charged to the consignee.

Lorsque le crédit de l'acheteur se détériore, nous nous réservons le droit, même après expédition partielle d'une commande, d'exiger de l'acheteur les garanties que nous jugeons convenables en vue de la bonne exécution des engage-ments pris. Le refus d'y satisfaire nous donne droit d'annuler tout ou partie du marché. In case the Credit Insurance does no longer oer nancial cover on the consignee, the supplier may ask for extra guarantees.

En cas de contestation, les Tribunaux de VILLEFRANCHE sont seuls compétents. Lawsuits can only be dealt with by the Villefranche Commercial Court.

Le vendeur se réserve la propriété des marchandises jusqu'au complet paiement du prix. Les risques sont à la charge de l'acheteur. Les acomptes pourront être conservés pour couvrir les pertes éventuelles à la revente. The property of the supplier goes on till the complete payment of the price. Risks are at the charge of the buyer. Partial payments may be kept to cover possible losses in case of re-selling.

Le non-paiement d'une seule facture à son échéance rend exigible de plein droit le solde dû sur toutes les autres factures. The non payment of only one invoice in its term may make exigible automatically the balance due on all other invoicesIn case the Credit Insurance does no longer oer nancial cover on the consignee, the supplier may ask for extra guarantees.
