termos do artigo 12 da Instrução CVM nº 358, de 03 de janeiro de 2002, conforme
alterada, comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que recebeu, nesta data,
comunicado de seu acionista Itaú Unibanco S.A., na qualidade de gestor de fundos de
investimento, no qual informa que alcançou o percentual de 5,0026% do número total
de ações ordinárias de emissão da Companhia.

WIZ SOLUÇÕES E CORRETAGEM DE SEGUROS S.A. (“Company” or “WIZ”), in compliance
with the provisions set forth in Article 12 of the Instruction of the Brazilian Securities
Exchange Commission (“CVM”) No. 358/02, of January 3rd, 2002, as amended, hereby
informs to its shareholders’ and to the market in general that the Company received, on
the date hereof, a statement from its shareholder Itaú Unibanco S.A., as investment
fund manager, informing it has reached 5.0026% of the total number of common shares
issued by the Company.
