DLC with Diamond Nanoparticles Incorporated
The impedance measurements were carried out in 0.5 mol/L NaCl aqueous solution, pH 5.8. The electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) were obtained over the frequency range 100 kHz–10 MHz, at open circuit potential, with an AC excitation of 10 mV. All experiments were performed at room temperature.
Quais são os parâmetros mais importantes, com as novas condições de deposição, tanto da interface sobre o substrato como do filme de DLC sobre a interface? 1 – Geometria da tela ativa, área de transparência, uniformidade da densidade de plasma, corrente iônica e eletrônica como função da pressão, etc.. 2 – Menor pressão de descarga, máximo livre caminho médio. 3 – Máximo valor da alta tensão de descarga. 4 – Frequência e largura do pulso (duty cycle). 5 – Tensões internas dos filmes de interface e do DLC.

Em resumo
Diamante-CVD, houve avanço na equipe e tem espaço para inovação, cerca de 120 publicações, 5 patentes e dois “Spin off’s” em andamento.
Nano Tubos, houve avanço na equipe e tem espaço para inovação, cerca de 30 publicações, duas patentes, é necessário mais foco para se alcançar “spin off”.
Diamond-like Carbon (DLC), houve um forte avanço, 150 publicações, 5 patentes e mais duas em fase de depósito, vários produtos “spin off’s”. Vamos estudar com mais detalhes os efeitos de tensões mais altas nas propriedades dos filmes. Temos muito o que fazer!!!
