    PRECAUES DE SEGURANAADVERTNCIA : Antes de reparar este chassis., leia as PRECAUES DE RADIAO POR RAIO X , INSTRUESDE SEGURANA e AVISO SOBRE SEGURANA DE PRODUTOS .

    Muitas partes eltricas e mecnicas neste chassis, tem caractersticas relacionadas com a segurana. Estas caractersticasfrequentemente no so verificadas nas inspees visuais e a proteo que proporcionam contra a RADIAO DE RAIO X nemsempre se obtem utilizando componente com maior potncia ou de maior isolao. As peas que tm essas caractersticas desegurana so identificadas por uma marca [ ] impressa sobre o diagrama esquemtico e a marca [ ] impressa na lista departes eltricas. Antes de substituir algum destes componentes, leia cuidadosamente este manual. O uso de peas de reposio queno tenham as mesmas caractersticas de segurana, como especificado na lista de material de reposio, pode gerar Radiao deRaios X.

    1. Quando o receptor est em operao, so geradas tensespotencialmente altas em torno de 25-29 kV. Operar o receptorfora de seu gabinete ou com a tampa traseira removida podecausar perigo de choque eltrico. (1) Ningum dever tentar reparar o aparelho sem estarfamiliarizado com as precaues que so necessriasquando se trabalha com um equipamento de alta tenso. (2) Sempre descarregue o anodo do cinescpio ao terra paraevitar o risco de choque eltrico antes de remover o conectordo anodo (chupeta de alta tenso). (3) Descarregue completamente o potencial do cinescpioantes de manuse-lo. O cinescpio de alto vcuo, e sequebrar, os fragmentos de vidro so expelidos violentamente.

    2. S e queimar algm fusvel deste receptor de televiso,substitua-o por outro especificado na lista de peas eltricas.

    3. Quando substituir placas de circuito impresso ou mdulos, fixeseus fios nos terminais antes de soldar.

    4. Quando substituir uma resistncia de potncia (resistor depelcula de xido metlico) no painel de circuito impresso,mantenha os seus terminais com 10mm de distncia dopainel.

    5. Mantenha os fios e cabos distantes de componentes de altapotncia e de alta temperatura.

    6. Este receptor deve operar em redes de 100 a 240 V AC.7. Antes de devolver este aparelho ao cliente, faa uma

    verificao de fuga de corrente sobre as partes metlicasexpostas do gabinete, tais com antenas, terminais, cabeasde parafusos, tampas de metal, alavancas de controle, etc., ecertifique-se de que o aparelho funciona sem perigo dechoque eltrico. Ligue o cabo de rede do aparelhodiretamente a uma tomada de fora de 100-240 V AC. No

    utilize um transformador de isolao durante este teste.Uti l ize um voltmetro de no mnimo 1KW por Volt desensibilidade, da forma que se segue. Quando a unidade estiver conectada ao AC, pulse ocomutador primeiramente em ON (ligado) e em seguida emOFF (desligado), mea desde um ponto de terra conhecido(tal como um terminal de terra central da rede eltrica) atodas as partes metlicas expostas do televisor ( antenas,teclas metlicas, capas metlicas, alavancas de controle,etc..) especialmente qualquer parte metlica que possaoferecer um caminho ao chassis. Nenhuma medio decorrente eltrica deve exceder 0,5 mA. Repita a provamudando a posio do pluque de rede na tomada AC.Qualquer medio que no esteja dentro dos limites aquiespecificados, representam risco potencial de choque eltrico que deve ser sanado antes que o aparelho retorne aocliente.

    INSTRUES PARA AJUSTE

    1. Objeto de AplicaoEsta folha de especificaes totalmente aplicada ao chassisTV PDP 42, PN61A.

    2. Especificaes(1) Por ser um chassis frio, no necessrio um transformador

    de isolao. Porm, o uso de um transformador de isolaoproteger os instrumentos de teste.

    (2) Todos o ajustes devem ser realizados na seqncia correta.(3) O ajuste deve ser efetuado a uma temperatura de 255C

    e umidade relativa de 6510%, a menos que exista umaoutra especficao.

    (4) A tenso de entrada do receptor deve ser mantida entre100~240V, 50/60Hz.

    (5) O receptor deve ser operado por cerca de 15 minutosantes de efetuar o ajuste.

    O Aps operar o modo HEAT-RUN com RGB totalmentebranco, o receptor deve ser operado previamente ao ajuste.

    O Entre no MODO HEAT-RUN(1) Atravs do R/C para Ajuste pressione a TECLA POWER

    ON (Ligar).(2) O OSD ser mostrado e a tela aparecer preenchida

    com PADRO 100% BRANCO.[ Neste modo o aparelho habilita o HEAT-RUN sem a

    necessidade do gerador de sinais. [ O padro de cor simples (RED / BLUE / GREEN) do modo

    HEAT-RUN normalmente verifica o PAINEL.

    (Ateno) Se voc l igar a tela por mais que 20 minutos(Especialmente no padro digital, padro crosshatch), uma imagem subseqente pode ocorrer naporo preta da tela.

    3. Download do Programa e Instalao(1) Extraia o arquivo Zip.

    (2) Instalao do Visual I2C & Driver LPT.

    (3) Verificao (Start>Programs>Micronas>Visual I2C ouLptDrv).

    (4) Ajuste do delay (atraso) LPT (File>Preference>LPTpreferences...).

  • (5) Troque o arquivo bootloader.bat. 4. Download do Programa S/W4-1. Mtodo de Download 1(Conjunto PCB)

    (1) Conecte o jig de download ao jack D-sub.(2) Execute o programa Download.vi2c no PC, e ento a

    janela principal ser aberta.

    (3) D um duplo clique na caixa azul e confirme a BootloaderVersion como 40.

    (4) Clique na tecla Erase Flash.

    G Selecione o arquivo bootloader.bat (install>VCTP_download>bootloader).

    G Clique em OK.

    G Aps salvar o arquivo download_cs.vi2c finalize oprograma (se voc clicar em , a mensagem aparecerautomaticamente).

    Clique duplo na rea vermelha.

    Clique duplo na rea vermelha.

  • (5) D um duplo clique no ltimo arquivo do download, e ento ajanela edit ser aberta.

    (6) Clique no boto de escolha na janela edit, e ento a janelade escolha de arquivo ser aberta.

    (7) Escolha o arquivo Hex na pasta e execute o downloadclicando na tecla open.

    (8) Clique na tecla OK na janela edit.

    (9) Processo de download.

    (10) Caso o download apresente erro, por exemplo Noacknowledge from slave, execute novamente o downloada partir do item (1).

    4-2. Mtodo de Download 2(Conj. da Placa AV)

    (1) Mude S/W para ON/LIGADO (conecte o SCL ao GNDatravs da chave do Jig) e conecte o jig para download aojack D-sub.

    (2) Alimente (Stand-by 5V) e aguarde 3 segundos.

  • (3) Mude o S/W para OFF/DESLIGADO (Desconecte o SCL doGND atravs da chave do Jig).

    (4) Execute o programa Download.vi2c no PC, e ento a janelaprincipal ser aberta.

    (5) D um duplo cl ique sobre a caixa azul e confirmeBootloader Version como 40.

    (6) Clique na tecla Erase Flash.

    (7) D um duplo clique no ltimo arquivo do download, e ento ajanela edit ser aberta.

    (8) Clique no boto de escolha na janela edit, e ento a janelade escolha de arquivo ser aberta.

    (9) Escolha o arquivo Hex na pasta e execute o downloadclicando na tecla open.

    (10) Clique na tecla OK na janela edit.

    (12) Caso o download apresente erro, por exemplo Noacknowledge from slave, execute novamente o downloada partir do item (1).

    4-3. Mtodo de Download 3 (SET)(1) Aperte a tecla Tilt no controle remoto de ajuste, e ento

    o PDP mudar para o modo slave.

    (2) Conecte o Zig ao TV atravs do cabo D-sub.

    (3) Execute o programa Download_CS.vi2c no PC, e ento ajanela principal ser aberta.

    (4) Clique na tecla GO.

    Se voc no clicar em go, o arquivo Hex no ser baixadoembora o download tenha sido executado normalmente naprimeira vez.

    (5) D um duplo clique sobre a caixa azul e confirme BootloaderVersion como 40.

    (6) Clique na tecla Erase Flash.

  • (7) D um duplo clique no ltimo arquivo do download, e ento ajanela edit ser aberta.

    (8) Clique no boto de escolha na janela edit, e ento a janelade escolha de arquivo ser aberta.

    (12) Caso o download apresente erro, por exemplo Noacknowledge from slave, execute novamente o downloada partir do item (1).

    5. Download do Canal de Memria(1) Conecte o jig para download ao jack D-sub.(2) Execute o programa Channal.vi2c no PC, e ento a

    janela principal ser aberta.

    (3) Pressione a tecla change e selecione os dados do Canalde Memria.

    (4) Aperte a tecla Update NVM do arquivo.

  • 6. Ajuste da Portadora de Cores (Processo de Inspeo)

    (1) Sintonize o 4CH US RF.

    (2) Pressione a tecla Adj no remocon para ajuste.

    7. Ajustes das Tenses do ConjuntoPCB de Alimentao(POWERPCB) (Ajuste da Tenso Va, Vs)

    (1) Ajuste Va1) Aps receber Padro 100% Branco, opere o HEAT-RUN.2) Conecte o terminal + do D.M.M. ao pino Va do P812 e

    conecte o terminal - ao pino TERRA do P812.3) Aps isto, ajuste o RV501, ajuste a tenso do D.M.M.

    para ser a mesma tenso Va que mostrada no labeldo painel direito/superior (Desvio: 0,5V).

    (2) Ajuste Vs1) Conecte o terminal + do D.M.M. ao pino Vs do P812 e

    conecte o terminal - ao pino TERRA do P812.2) Aps isto, ajuste o RV401, ajuste a tenso do D.M.M.

    para ser a mesma tenso Vs que mostrada no labeldo painel direito/superior (Desvio: 0,5V).

    8. Download EDID (Dados deIdentificao Estendidos do Display) /DDC (Canal de Dados do Display)

    8-1. Equipamento de Teste Requerido(1) Ajuste PC com S/W para escrita de Dados EDID.

    (S/W: EDID TESTER Ver. 2.5)(2) Jig para Download EDID.(3) Cabo: Cabo serial (9 pinos ou USB) para cabo 15 pinos D-

    Sub, cabo 15 pinos D-Sub, cabo DVI para HDMI.

    Download EDID, PC & Cabo.(2) Ligue o PC & o Jig para Download EDID e execute o S/W:

    EDID TESTER Ver. 2.5.(3) Ajuste a opo S/W.

    9. Ajuste de White Balance9-1. Equipamento Requerido

    (1) Controle remoto para o ajuste. (2) Analisador de Cores. (CA-100 ou semelhante)(3) Instrumento Automtico para ajuste W/B. (Somente para o

    ajuste Automtico)(4) Gerador de Padres AV.

    O Opere a calibrao-zero do CA-100, e ento posicione osensor na superfcie do mdulo PDP durante o ajuste.

    O O ajuste manual tambm possvel atravs da seguinteseqncia.

    (1) Selecione padro branco do modo heat-run pressionandoa tecla power on no controle remoto para ajuste e opere omodo heat-run por mais de 15 minutos.

    (2) Conforme Fig. 4 a seguir, fornea padro de tela cheia (85IRE) nvel 216 para a entrada de Vdeo.

    (3) Atravs do R/C pressione a TECLA TV/AV para converterdo modo de entrada.

    (4) Ajuste o PSM para modo Standard no menu Picture.(5) Pressione a tecla INSTART duas vezes (White Balance)

    no R/C para entrar no modo de ajuste de White Balance.(6) Posicione o sensor no centro da tela e selecione cada

    item (Offset e Ganho Red / Green / Blue) utilizando asteclas D/E (CH+/-) do R/C.

    (7) Ajuste somente High Light (Luz Alta) com Ganho R / Butilizando as teclas F/G (VOL +/-) do R/C.

    (8) Ajuste at que as coordenadas se tornem as seguintes.

    Brilho: High Light : 80 20cd/m2Coordenada de Cor: High Light : X : 0.283 0.003

    Y : 0.298 0.003

    Temperatura de Cor: 9,300K 500K

    (9) Ao concluir o ajuste, pressione a tecla EXIT no R/C parafinalizar o ajuste.
