Production Planning and control:

Production planning as per month plan and adjusting schedules as per need. Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals. Estimating production costs and determining the high quality standards. Responsible for generate work orders in JDE system as per production plan. Responsible for material return from shop floor after day end process. Monitoring machine efficiency, production output, capacity utilization, stock

monitoring etc. Production entries in JDE System and ensure stock availability of RM, PM and FG. Co-ordinate the shop floor activities and ensure compliance to daily, weekly and

monthly plans. Conducting training on food safety, GMP, GHP, personal hygiene and safety to shop

floor workers.

Coordinate and concentrate to close NC’s as per FSSAI/QSE system audit on priority basis.
