RESUMO

Em busca do conhecimento e de transformá-lo em riqueza e desenvolvimento. Neste projeto, tentando entende os assuntos em questão me levaram a pesquisar o assunto “Projetos Dentro do Prazo e Orçamento”, em busca de demonstrar os novos conceitos apreendidos nas aulas, nos vídeos, revistas e na Web. Vamos fazer o levantamento do assunto e após isto iremos fazer uma demonstração das teorias de Gartner e após isso fazer nossas considerações. Deveremos ainda incluir esse estudos em três matérias, que são: Gerenciamento de Infra-estrutura, Finanças em Projetos de TI e Economia e Mercado. Aplicando os conhecimentos adquiridos nas disciplinas de Gerenciamento de Infraestrutura, Finanças em Projetos de TI, Economia e Mercado e Gestão Estratégica de Recursos Humanos, o grupo do PIM deverá analisar o texto do Gartner, pesquisar o quanto esse fato influencia no mercado de TI brasileiro e então desenvolver e propor uma solução fundamentada para atender o binômio NO PRAZO & DENTRO DO ORÇAMENTO em Projetos de TI.

ABSTRACT

In pursuit of knowledge and transform it into wealth and development. In this project, trying to understand the issues in question led me to research the subject "projects on time and budget," seeking to demonstrate the new concepts learned in class, in videos, magazines and the Web We do the survey of the subject and after this we will give a demonstration of the theories of Gartner and after that make our considerations. We should also include this study in three areas, which are: Infrastructure Management, IT Projects in Finance and Economics and Market. Applying the knowledge gained in the disciplines of Infrastructure Management, Finance in IT Projects, Economy and Market and Strategic Management of Human Resources, the PIM group should examine the text of the Gartner research how this fact influences the Brazilian IT market and then develop and propose a solution based to meet the binomial WITHIN tHE BUDGET iN & IT Projects.
