Conclusions
Most of the buildings stock was constructed without concerns
for energy efficiency – Poor energy performance;
Compared to the reference conditions the amount of energy
“used” in houses is low – People exposed to poor indoor
conditions?
The amount of information and the development of “ICT”
provide a huge opportunity for real-time and deep
evaluations of energy and environmental conditions;
The expected future developments of the Buildings Energy
Certification System could boost the access to data in
order to transform it into knowledge and further action.
