    1. PRECAUES DE SERVIO1.1. SOBRE A SOLDA SEM ChUMBOAs placas manufaturadas com solda sem chumbo, possuem o smbolo abaixo estampado em sua superfcie:

    A solda sem chumbo tem o ponto de fuso maior que a solda convencional. Tipicamente seu ponto de fuso de 30 a 40C maior. Utilize um ferro de solda com tempera-tura controlada e ajuste-o para 370C +/- 10C. Em caso de utilizar um ferro de solda com alta temperatura, cuidado para no aquec-lo por um longo perodo.

    A solda sem chumbo tender a espirrar quando super aquecida (em torno de 600C). Se utilizar solda com chumbo, remova completamente toda a solda sem chum-bo nos pinos ou na rea soldada antes de aplicar solda com chumbo. Se no for praticado, tenha o cuidado de aquecer a solda sem chumbo at que ela derreta, antes da aplicao da solda com chumbo.

    Aps a segunda aplicao de solda sem chumbo na placa, verifique se houve excesso de solda no lado do compo-nente, que pode fluir para o lado oposto.

    1.2. PRECAUES COM O DIODO LASER:

    Este produto utiliza um laser. O uso de controles ou ajustes ou procedimentos efetuados em desacordo com este manual pode resultar em exposio radiao laser

    1.3. SUBSTITUIO DO FUSVELUtilize apenas fusveis com as mesmas especificaes, (15A), recomendadas na lista de peas. Substituindo por outro diferente ou conectando o aparelho sem o fusvel, haver risco de fogo ou outros danos ao aparelho.

    1.4. MANUTENOEste produto foi desenhado e fabricado para exigir o mnimo de manuteno. Use apenas um pano macio e seco para a limpeza exterior de rotina. Nunca use benzina, thinner ou qualquer outro solvente na limpeza.

    1.5. NOTAS [BLOCO DO RDIO]Quando efetuar a substituio, no efetue nenhum ajuste no bloco do AM/FM, pois ele previamente ajustado na f-brica.[BLOCO DO MECANISMO DE CD]O servo deste aparelho no tem pontos de ajustes. Um mi-croprocessador controla o circuito servo sem necessidade de ajustes externos.

    1.6. MANUTENO E CONSERVAOEste aparelho foi projetado e fabricado para assegurar fun-cionamento seguro com um mnimo de manuteno. Use apenas um pano seco macio para a limpeza externa. Nunca use benzina, thinner ou qualquer solvente para limpeza.
