PELLETTATRICE P70La PELLETTATRICE P70 permette di trasformare il

cippato, ulteriormente raffinato, in piccoli granuli pressati, chiamati comunemente “pellet”, che grazie a questa pressatura raddoppianoil loro potere calorifico rispetto alla legna. Il pellet si può ottenere utilizzando qualsiasi tipo di cippato (abete, nocciolo, larice, rovi, ricci di castagno, etc.) purché il materiale introdotto nella pellettatrice abbia dimensioni ridotte (max. 1 cm) e abbia un tasso di umidità compreso tra il 10% e il 15%.Il cippato raffinato, inserito in un’unica tramoggia verticale, viene spinto da due rulli compressori verso i fori d’uscita della trafila e assume la classica forma cilindrica con un diametro di 6 mm.

Tutte le versioni sono dotate di sistema di sicurezza in conformità con le ultime normative europee.

FASI PER LA PRODUZIONE DI PELLET

1. Sminuzzare le proprie potature con un cippatore o biotrituratore

2. Reinserire il materiale ottenuto per un’ulteriore raffinazione (ridurlo a max. 1 cm)

3. Il materiale deve raggiungere un tasso di umidità compreso tra il 10% e il 15%

4. Inserire all’interno della tramoggia della pellettatrice solo il materiale raffinato ed essiccato

PELLETPERS P70De P70 PELLETPERS verwerkt de geproduceerde snippers

van uw hakselaar tot kleine geperste korrels, bekend als "pellets", die dankzij dit persproces twee keer zo lang warmte afgeven danreguliere houtblokken. Het is mogelijk om pellets te maken van elk soort verspaand materiaal (spar, hazelnoot boom, lariks, struiken, kastanje schil, enz.). Het materiaal dat in de pelletpers wordt gedaan dient kleine afmetingen (1 cm max.) te hebben. Het vochtgehalte van de houtsnippers moet worden opgenomen tussen 10% en 15%.Het verspaande materiaal, dat in een enkele verticale trechter wordt geplaatst, wordt door twee rollen in de gaten van de matrijs geperst. Hierdoor ontstaat de typische cilindrische vorm met een diameter van 6 mm.

Alle versies zijn gebouwd in overeenstemming met de nieuwste veiligheidsnormen die van kracht zijn.

STAPPEN VOOR PELLET PRODUCTIE

1. Versnipperen uw snoeihout met een houtversnipperaar of een biohakselaar

2. Verfijn de materiaal door het nog een keer in de biohakselaar te doen (max. lengte 1 cm)

3. Het vochtgehalte van de materiaal moet worden opgenomen tussen 10% en 15%

4. Doe alleen verfijnd en gedroogd materiaal in de pelletpers

PELLET MASCHINE P70Die P70 PELLET MASCHINE verwandelt das gehäckselte

und verfeinerte Material in kleine gepresste Kügelchen, die normalerweise “Pellets” genannt sind und die dank diesem Pressenihren Heizwert im Vergleich zum Holz verdoppeln. Pellet kann man aus jedem Typ von gehäckseltem Material erhalten (Fichte, Haselnuss, Lärche, Brombeersträucher, Kastanienigel, usw.) nur wenn das in die Pellet Maschine eingeführte Material kleine Dimensionen (max. Länge 1 cm) hat und wenn der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt zwischen 10% und 15% eingeschlossen ist.Das verfeinerte Material wird in einen einzigen Trichter eingeführt und durch zwei Presswalzen gegen die Löcher der Matrize gedrückt; es kommt endlich in Form von kleinen Zylindern (6 mm Durchmesser) heraus.

Alle Versionen achten die letzten Europäischen Sicherheitsnormen in Kraft.

PHASEN FÜR DIE PELLET PRODUKTION

PELLET MILL P70The P70 PELLET MILL transforms the further-on-refined

chipped material into small pressed granules, known as “pellets”, which thanks to this pressing process have a two times higher heatvalue than wood. It is possible to make pellet from every kind of chipped material (fir, hazelnut tree, larch, blackberry bushes, chestnut husks, etc.) provided that the material to be introduced into the pellet mill has small dimensions (max. 1 cm) and a moisture percentage included between 10% and 15%.The refined chipped material is put into one single vertical hopper and it is pushed by two compressing rollers towards the matrix’s holes, getting this way the typical cylindrical form (6 mm diameter).

All versions are manufactured according to the safety systems in compliance with the current European standards.

STEPS FOR PELLET PRODUCTION

1. Shred your prunings with a chipper or a bio-shredder2. Put the shredded material into the bio-shredder a second

time to refine it further (max. length 1 cm)3. The moisture percentage of the shredded material must be

included between 10% and 15%4. Put into the pellet mill’s hopper the refined and dried

MACHINE À PELLETS P70La MACHINE À PELLETS P70 transforme le matériel broyé,

ultérieurement raffiné, en petites granulés pressés, communément appelés “pellets”, qui grâce à ce pressage doublent leur pouvoircalorifique par rapport au bois. On peut obtenir du pellet en utilisant n’importe quel type de matériel broyé (sapin, noisetier, mélèze, ronces, bogues de châtaignes, etc.), pourvu que le matériel introduit dans la machine à pellets ait de petites dimensions (1 cm max.) et un taux d’humidité compris entre le 10% et 15%.Le matériel raffiné, inséré dans une trémie verticale unique, est poussé par deux rouleaux compresseurs vers les trous de la filière et il sort sous la forme de petites cylindres (6 mm diamètre).

Toutes les versions sont dotées de système de sécurité conforme aux derniers Standard Européens.

PELLETIZADORA P70La PELETIZADORA P70 permite transformar la viruta de

madera, ulteriormente refinada, en pequeños gránulos prensados llamados comúnmente “pellets”, que gracias a este prensado duplican su poder calorífico respecto a la leña. El pellet puede obtenerse utilizando cualquier tipo de viruta de madera (abeto, avellano, alerce, zarzas, erizos de castaña, etc.) con tal que el material introducido en la peletizadora tenga unas dimensiones reducidas (máx. 1 cm) y tenga una tasa de humedad entre el 10% y el 15%.La viruta de madera refinada, introducida en una sola tolva vertical, está empujada por dos apisonadoras hacia los agujeros de salida de la trefiladora y se transforma en la clásica forma cilíndrica con un diámetro de 6 mm.

Todos los modelos están construidos respetando las últimas normas de seguridad vigentes en Europa.

FASES PARA PRODUCIR PELLETS

1. Triturar los restos de la poda con una cepadora o un bio-triturador

2. Reintroducir la viruta de madera obtenida para una ulterior refinación (reducirla al máx. 1 cm)

3. La viruta de madera tiene que alcanzar una tasa de humedad entre el 10% y el 15%

4. Introducir en el interior de la tolva de la peletizadora solamente la viruta de madera refinada y seca

ГРАНУЛЯТОР P70ГРАНУЛЯТОР P70 позволяет преобразовать

тонкую щепу в небольшие прессованные гранулы, которые, благодаря эффекту прессования, удваивают свою теплотворную способность по сравнению с древесиной. Гранулы можно получить, используя щепу любого типа (ель, орех, лиственница, дуб, стружки каштана и др.)при условии, если материал, вводимый в гранулятор,компактный (макс. 1 см) с влажность между 10% и 15%.Тонкая щепа, введенная в один вертикальный бункер, проталкивается двумя компрессорными роликами в направлении выходных отверстий волочильни и принимает классическую цилиндровую форму диаметром 6 мм.

Все модели произведены в соответствии с новейшими действующими требованиями безопасности.

ШАГИ ДЛЯ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА ПЕЛЛЕ

1. Пропустить щепу через биоизмельчитель2. Добавить полученную щепу для дальнейшего

измельчения (измельчить до 1см)3. Щепа должна достичь влажность между 10% и 15%4. Добавлять в бункер гранулятора только тонкую

высушенную щепу
