� Establishes that Anatel, the Brazilian National Telecommunications Agency is responsible for issuing or recognizing the certification of telecommunication products and for issuing standards and regulations regarding their use in Brazil.

��Category Category 22:: Products not included in Category 1, that use the radio

��Category Category 33: : Products not included in Categories 1 or 2 for which regulation
is necessary to ensure network interoperability, safety and EMC (Ex: Switches
Cables; Batteries; Power Supplies; Data communication Multiplexers…).
