O Koala Club é um espaço com atividades organizadas onde podem participar crianças dos 3 aos 12 anos de idade; Koala Club is organized with activity program meant for children from 3 to 12 years old;

Crianças com idade inferior a 3 anos poderão reservar o serviço babysitting na receção do hotel ou permanecerem no Koala Club desde que acompanhadas pela babysitter ou responsável; Children younger than 3 years can only stay at the Koala Club if accompanied by babysitter or parent – babysitting service is available upon request at the reception;

Os pais devem inscrever as crianças preenchendo a ficha de inscrição e fornecendo todas as informações necessárias (pressupondo-se a leitura do presente regulamento);Parents should sign their children by filling the registry form and supplying all necessary information (assuming the Club regulations have been read);

O Koala Club funciona das 9:30 às 18:00 com intervalo para almoço entre as 13:00 e as 14:00; Koala Club is open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. It closes for lunch between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm;

Os serviços do Koala Club têm o limite de 6 crianças por cada animador; The Koala Club services have a limit of 6 children per entertainer;

Todas as crianças devem vir preparadas para as atividades com ténis, chinelos, chapéu, fato de banho, creme protetor solar e braçadeiras (caso seja necessário); All children should come prepared for the activities with sneakers, flip flops, a hat, bathing suit, sunblock and armbands (if necessary);

É dever dos pais respeitar o horário de funcionamento e deslocar-se ao Clube para receber as crianças antes da hora de encerramento; It is the duty of the parents to respect the Club’s schedule and to return to get their children before closing hours;

O Clube reserva o direito de recusar a participação de crianças doentes ou cujo comportamento prejudique o bom funcionamento das atividades e/ou perturbe as outras crianças; The Club reserves the right to refuse the participation of ill children or children whose behaviour disrupts the performance of the activities or other children;

Os animadores só supervisionarão as crianças inscritas no Clube para as atividades. The Entertainment Team will only supervise children that have signed in for the activity program.
