2002, he then joined Arup in 2010 his multi-disciplinary
experience has given him the opportunity to work on Some of
Africa’s Larges Projects that ranged from R1Billion -
R220Billion in value. Daniel maintains the highest level of professionalism in his day to
day tasks, his knowledge, advice and solutions in providing
methodologies in Estimating techniques and Quantity Surveying
methods of measurement are all executed professionally and
meticulously.
Daniels expertise in determining final costs of a project, preparing feasibility studies and budgets for proposed projects and negotiating contracts are all done in the highest level.

• Identify and document deviations from the baseline schedule/budget.
• Assist with the proactive prevention and/or mitigation of claims.
• Quantify charges incurred when correcting defective work provided by suppliers and/or subcontractors.
• Facilitate the identification and generation of back charges to suppliers and any resultant work authorizations to subcontractors.
• Soliciting the Subcontract Bid Breakdown from Project Controls, verifying its consistency with the scope of the package, and including it in the bid documents for equipment procurement, ensuring that the appropriate Vendor Bid Breakdown for major equipment is included in the bid documents.
• Maintaining the BOO database and provide support to the Project Controls Manager.
