    [en] TheimportanceofBrazilianagricultureintheglobalscenarioiscloselyrelatedtotheexpansionoftheagriculturalfrontierthroughoutthecountryinrecentdecades.Thisprocessoccurredthroughtheuseofnewtechniques,processesandequipmentthatallowedtheexpansionofcropsforareaspreviouslyconsideredunsuitable.Thetractorhadaninstrumentalroleinjumpnationalagricultureandcanbeconsideredthemainsourceofpowerinthefield.Theuseoftractors

  • inproductionenhancesthequalityofserviceperformedandensuresachievinggreateroperationalefficiencyatallstagesofproduction.Thetractorisacomplexmachine,comprisinganumberofelementsandmechanismswhichoperateconcurrentlytoensurebasicfunctionofatractor,inotherwords,providepowerforagriculture.Theperformanceofamachineintractionisaffectedbyseveralvariablessuchastheinternalpressureofthetiresandweighttransfer.Thus,theaimofthisworkwastoevaluatethefollowingquestions:InfluenceoftheinternalpressureofthetiresandtheslopeofthelinetractioninoperatingparametersandthemechanicalvibrationofthebasestationoperationChangeintheinternalpressureofthetiredynamicconditionduetotheweighttransferbetweenfrontandrearaxle.WorkwasdoneonthecampusoftheFederalUniversityofViosa,intheperiodfromMarchtoAugust2012.Theexperimentconductedtodeterminetheperformanceandvibrationinthepostofoperationwasperformedinfirmgroundtrack,andthetreatmentsofthecombinationofthreetireinflationpressure(12,14and16psi),threeinclinationsoftractionlineandfourtractionforces(3.57,6.86,12.46and16.23kN),inacompletelyrandomizeddesign,witheightreplications.Theexperimentconductedtoevaluatethevariationoftheinternalpressureofthetiresindynamicconditionwasperformedonconcretetrack,withfourtreatmentsconsistingoftractionforcesof4.44,14.57,18.6and23.92kN,inacompletelyrandomizeddesign,withfourreplications.Weusedatractorwithfrontwheelassist,equippedwithbiastiresandasetoftransducersformeasuringtheparametersofinterest.Theresultsshowedthattheslipofwheelsetsofthetractorincreasedprogressivelywithincreasingtractionforce,thatreducingtheinternalpressureofthetirescausedareductionintheslipofthewheelsetsinthegreatesttractionforcesandthattheinclinationofthelinetractionhadsignificanteffectonlyforthetensilestrengthof16.23kN.Thehourlyfuelconsumptionincreasedbyabout65%withincreasingtensilestrengthof3.56to16.23kN,theinternalpressureofthetiresandtheclassofinclinationofthelinetractionhadlimitedeffectonthisvariable.Thetractionforceandtheinternalpressureofthetireexertedapositiveeffectonlevelsoflongitudinalvibrationatthebaseofthepostoperating,thehighestlevelswereobservedforthecombinationoftensilestrengthof16.23kNandtheinternalpressureof110,32kPa,withvaluescloseto0,61ms2,andthelowestfortheforceof3,56kNand82,74kPapressure,withvaluescloseto0,20ms2.Thetractionforceandtheinternalpressureofthetireshadaquadraticeffectonvibrationlevelsintheverticaldirectionatthebaseofthepostoperating,thehighestlevelswereobservedforthecombinationoftractionforceof16,23kNandtheinternalpressureof110,32kPa,withvaluescloseto0.75ms2,andthe

  • lowestfortheforceof3,56kNcombinedwiththeinternalpressureofthetiresof82,74kPa.Thevariationofweighttransferactingoneachaxleofthetractorwasabletoprovidethechangeintheinternalpressureoftiresindynamiccondition.Thetractionforceshowedalinearvariationoftheinternalpressureofthetireduringthedevelopmentoftensile,beinggeneratedmodelconsideredvalidtoestimatethetractionforcefromthevariationoftheinternalpressureofthetires.
