•Comunhão é um grande privilégio, é possível

sempre que o acima ocorre; na igreja, estudos

bíblicos, reuniões de oração, grupos familiares, com

colegas de quarto ou família. É assim que Deus

atende às nossas necessidades - é a Sua "linha de

abastecimento". Estamos a aproveitar?

1. Fellowship with One Another.

•Fellowship is a great privilege, possible whenever

the above occurs; in church, Bible studies, prayer

meetings, home groups, with roommates or family. It

is how God meets our needs--it is His "supply line".

One of the signs of apostasy (falling from the

truth) in the Christian Church is the bickering and

disunity among Christians.

Jesus said that the world would know that we

were His disciples by the love that we have for

one another (John 13:35).

By this shall all [men] know that you are My disciples, if you love

one another [if you keep on showing love among yourselves].

In Col. 3:14, it says that love is the perfect bond of unity.

• The New Testament speaks about us being unified in Christ (Eph. 4:5).

And above all these [put on] love and enfold yourselves with the

bond of perfectness [which binds everything together completely in

ideal harmony].[There is] one Lord, one faith, one

baptism

• The Bible calls this chemistry “Koinonia.” It means communion, joint participation, fellowship and brotherhood.

nature of God Himself:

His holiness and His oneness.

Ambos são refletidos no corpo saudável de Cristo.

Nós, então, que somos a Igreja, somos chamados para sermos o reflexo da natureza de Deus:

• In His holiness there is purity of motive and action.

• In His oneness there is the mystery of the three in one.

Both are reflected in the healthy body of Christ. We, then, who are the church, are called to be the reflection of the nature of God:

the beauty of our common Lord Jesus.

Truly a new day is before us--a day in

which the disconnected pieces of the

picture of who the church is, and how

we all fit into the Master's original plan.

When we are unified we ACCEPT one another despite differences

Romans 15:7

“Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.”

A Nossa Unidade na Diversidade Mostra o amor de Cristo

• Como é que vamos mostrar o nosso amor a Deus?– Ao amar as pessoas.

Nós não podemos ver a Deus, mas podemos ver e amar o Seu povo.

Our Unity in Diversity Shows Christ's Love

• How do we show our love for God?

– By loving people.

We can’t see God, but we can see and love His people.

Cristo estabeleceu-te não sobre a base da tua herança familiar, situação

financeira, cor da tua pele ou qualquer outro factor

Na verdade, Ele olha para nós de uma maneira totalmente diferente daquela que poderíamos olhar para nós mesmos ou para os outros à nossa volta.

Ele aceitou-nos por causa do Seu grande amor e desejo de trazer glória a Deus.

Não há melhor verdade do que esta, somos amados e aceites por Deus, pois Cristo nos fez dignos, pagando o preço final por nós.

Christ has established you not on the basis of your family heritage, financial

status, the color of your skin or any other factor

In fact He looks at you in a totally different way than we might look at ourselves or others around us.

He has accepted us because of His great love and desire to bring Glory to God.

There is no better truth than this, we are loved and accepted by God because Christ made us worthy by paying the ultimate price for us.

Quando colocamos a nossa confiança em Jesus como nosso Salvador, em seguida, tornamo-nos

When we put our trust in Jesus as our savior then we became children of God and co-heirs

with Christ. Rom. 8:17

We now belong to the promise spoke to Abraham; as such we are included as His chosen people on earth. "You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise" Galatians 3:26-29

Nós não somos de nós próprios, nem vamos vaguear nesta terra sem um

propósito ou direção

Temos sido incluídos na família de Cristo Jesus e uma vez que levamos o Seu Nome, temos uma herança incrível remontando aos patriarcas, profetas e reis.

We are not our own, nor will we wander this earth without a purpose

or direction

We have been included in Christ Jesus' family and since we bear His Name we have an incredible heritage reaching far back to the patriarchs, prophets and kings.

Colossenses 3:10-14

Colossians 3:10-14

"Put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all. Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity"

Como o corpo de Cristo devemos tratar uns aos outros como Cristo nos

tratouDevemo-nos vestir com as Suas virtudes e tratar uns aos outros com compaixão, bondade, humildade, mansidão e paciência.

Tudo isto pode ser conseguido através de decidir amar uns aos outros e deixar fluir o amor de Cristo através de nós.

O amor é o vínculo que traz nesta unidade e unicidade

As the body of Christ we are to treat each other just as Christ has treated

usWe are to clothe ourselves with His virtues and treat one another with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

All of this can be accomplished by deciding to love each other and letting Christ's love flow through us.

Love is the bond that brings about this unity and oneness

Então, assim como Cristo nos aceitou em Sua família devemos acolher e receber

uns aos outros

Paulo lembrou-nos na passagem anterior de Romanos 15, que quando operamos em união como o corpo de Cristo, temos um só coração e uma só boca para louvar a Deus Rom. 15:6

Para que, juntos, possais [por unanimidade] com corações unidos e uma só voz, louvar e glorificar a Deus e Pai de

nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo (o Messias).

So then, just as Christ has accepted us into His family we are to welcome and receive

one another

Paul reminded us in the previous passage of Romans 15 that when we operate in unity as the body of Christ we have one heart and one mouth to praise God. Rom. 15:6

That together you may [unanimously] with united hearts and one voice, praise and glorify the God and Father of our Lord

Jesus Christ (the Messiah).

This is a powerful medium for the Spirit of God to work among us

bringing glory to the Father

This can only happen if we put aside our differences and live together in oneness with Christ as the center.

Quando nos lembramos do que Jesus fez por nós, então quaisquer diferenças que possamos

encontrar entre outros crentes é algo mesquinho.

Devemos esforçar-nos para que haja unidade, porque fomos chamados num só corpo e numa so comunhão Nós pertencemos a Cristo.

When we remind ourselves of what Jesus did for us, then any differences that we might encounter among other believers is petty.

We should strive for unity because we were called into one body and one fellowship. We belong to Christ.

Embora Satanás tente usar as diferenças como cunhas para nos separar, o Espírito leva-nos a amar, respeitar e a apreciar as outras pessoas

Though Satan tries to use differences as wedges to drive us apart, the Spirit leads us to

love, respect, and appreciate other people

Linha de Fundo?

• Deus ordena que todo o crente fique ligado a uma igreja local e esteja numa comunidade na igreja local, amando-se uns aos outros, sendo dedicados uns para com os outros, honrando-se uns aos outros, tendo a mesma mente que os outros, aceitando-se uns aos outros, admoestando-se uns aos outros , incentivando-se uns aos outros e servindo-se uns aos outros

Bottom line?

• God commands that every believer get connected to a local church and be in a community in the local church, loving one another, being devoted to one another, honoring one another, having the same mind as one another, accepting one another, admonishing one another, encouraging one another and serving one another.

• Na verdade, existem 38 vezes no Novo Testamento, onde somos ordenados a ser uma bênção, de algum tipo, uns para os outros.

• É assim que edificamos a comunidade

• In fact, there are 38 times in the New Testament where we are commanded to be a blessing of some kind to one another

• This is how you build community

Se estas duas atitudes estiverem a trabalhar ao mesmo tempo na igreja, a

unidade irá emergir

• Se somos cristãos maduros, vamos ser sensíveis para com os nossos irmãos e irmãs em Cristo que não são tão fortes como nós.

• Vamos ter cuidado para não fazer nada que possa causarque alguém tropeçe e caia em pecado.

If these two attitudes are working at the same time in the church, unity will

emerge

• If we are mature Christians, we will be sensitive toward our brothers and sisters in Christ who are not as strong as we are.

• We will be careful to do nothing that would cause them to stumble and fall into sin.

Quando os cristãos cuidam uns dos outros, Deus é glorificado

• Aceitar o outro e amar uns aos outros, apesar das nossas falhas irá beneficiar outro, mas, o mais importante, isso vai trazer louvor a Deus.

When Christians care for one another, God is glorified

• Accepting each other and loving each other in spite of our faults will benefit one another, but, more important, it will bring praise to God.

Phil 1:27, NASU

• "Standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel"

Hoje, eu oro para que esta passagem vivifique o teu coração para buscar a unidade com os

teus irmãos e irmãs em Cristo. Se houver quaisquer diferenças ou falta de

perdão que precisa acontecer para restaurar a comunhão, oro para que Cristo te dê a graça e humildade para fazê-lo. Esta atitude e desejo de unidade traz glória a Deus. Que possamos aceitar uns aos outros hoje, lembrando que

Cristo também nos aceitou, amém!

Today, I pray that this passage has quickened your heart to strive for unity with your fellow

brothers and sisters in Christ. If there are any differences or unforgiveness that needs to happen to restore fellowship, I

pray that Christ gives you the grace and humility to do it. This attitude and desire for oneness brings glory to God. May you accept

each other today, remembering that Christ has also accepted you, amen!
