El vuelo del águila The flight of the eagleEl águila sobrevuela nuestros viñedos mas viejos. Cepas casi extintas de cariñena y garnacha, lo más nuestro y lo más preciado. Lo autóctono y lo que tiene que perdurar por generaciones. Es la filosofía de elaboración de este vino. Son viñas de edad indefinida que ya estaban cuando nuestros abuelos las cultivaban. Viñas con muy poca producción, de secano, suelo pobre sobre laderas con sustratos rocosos difícil de cultivar. Ya casi faltan más cepas de las que están en producción. Vendimia manual bastante tardía, recogida en cajas, paso por mesa de selección y elaboración cuidando mucho los tiempos de maceración.

Volverá a sobrevolar nuestro territorio, el águila nuevamente altiva y elegante, poderosa como este vino de amplia estructura, taninos que enaltecen su paso en boca y un amplio repertorio aromático.

The wine comes out powerful and vital from the deposit; and we will tame it, slowly, in the oak barrel over the years, silence, darkness and affection. The eagle will fly again over our territory, proud and elegant, like this wine powerful and with broad structure, with tannins that highlight its passage in the mouth and a large aromatic repertoire.
